We have a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with our services or for unforeseen circumstances need to drop out of a course before it has finished. Or you have the option of re-joining the same class at a later date.
You will be asked to sign an Accident Waiver and Release of Liability before joining any class/course.
We have a zero tolerance policy for animal abuse. If you are physically abusing your dog you will be dismissed from class and all future classes with a full refund for classes not taken. I do allow the use of training tools in classes but they must be used correctly.
We do require a physician's prescription for a service dog with your application before you start any formal service dog training.
All service dog applicants must be evaluated for temperament before beginning any formal service dog training.
Your private information will not be shared with anyone or any business at any time.
All breeds of dogs are welcome in the program but please be sure the dog is physically capable of performing the tasks you want to trained to do for you. For example, a 10 pound toy poodle may have trouble opening doors for you. A 100 pound mastiff may not make a good retriever.
All dogs must be up to date on all vaccinations. Proof of vaccinations are required to sign-up.
Females in season (in heat) may not attend classes. I prefer all dogs be spayed or neutered but that isn't a requirement for classes.
Veterans coming to us through the American Service Animal Society have all fees waived by the ASAS. Please contact www.dogs4vets.org for more info.
Former Graduates due for re-testing are welcome to join in any currently running service dog class to "re-fresh" their dog free of charge; if the class isn't already full, before testing is due.
