This is a 13 week course. We will meet once a week and work on skills and/or behaviors all service/Therapy dogs need to have in public. In addition you will be expected to learn the laws and service/Therapy dog etiquette while in public. We expect you and your dog to be on your best behavior and respectful of others at all times. These classes often take place mid-day week days and sometimes weekday evenings. At the end of the 13 weeks you will take our Public Access Test.
This class cost $500.00 for the 13 weeks. You can make monthly payments of $166.00 in the form of a check or cash. The deposit for this class is $20.00. Service Dogs will be provided an ID card once you pass the public access test (your dog must have a skill to receive the ID).
Travel is required. Most of these classes, if not all, will be in public locations. We focus on 3 main areas of training. You can select which area you want to be in. Once a class is formed you will be notified with dates, times, and locations for each class.
